Automatic machine with 1 track 90° product feed conveyer belt, pusher unit and multi-row pre-counting, set up for manual loading of the product on the feed belt or inserted in completely automatic lines.

 

Main features

  • 90° infeed conveyor single line in thermoplastic resin controlled by inverter, complete with adjustable lateral containing guides
  • Pre-assembly pneumatic pusher
  • Brush unit with adjustable height for accomodation of unstable products during format formation stage (Line pre-counting in multiple formats)
  • 500mm; 700 mm or 900mm “hot bar”-type welding bar with cold-type film cutting blade (one avoids smoke during welding phase) operated by a pneumatic cylinder, complete with safety device
  • Control of welding bar temperature with electronic thermoregulation Proportional Integrated Derivative system with alarm level (until set running temperature has been reached the machine will not function automatically)
  • Safety photoelectric cell that blocks the sealing bar if it finds an obstacle on its trajectory
  • Pneumatic product presser unit, adjustable in height and situated after the welding bar
  • Automatic unwinding of upper film coil through tow rolls
  • Automatic unwinding of lower film coil through tow rolls
  • Reel of polythene shrink film – thickness from 35 to 100 micron
  • Shrink tunnel insulated with rock wool and heated by thermo resistances
  • Forced ventilation with air recycling
  • Control of tunnel temperature with electronic thermoregulation Proportional Integrated Derivative system with alarm level (until set running temperature has been reached the machine will not function automatically)
  • External regulation of the air flow inside the tunnel chamber
  • Tunnel conveyor belt controlled by adjustable speed gear motor in steel fine net with side chains
  • Control panel and electric control switchboard incorporated in the machine with relay logic
  • During operation in normal conditions, the average electricity consumption is reduced by approximately 40%, there being 2 resistance groups: the first group always remains inserted whilst the second group, thermostat controlled and having the function of maintaining constant the temperature set by thermoregulator, functions on an intermittent basis (one connects until reaching temperature and disconnects once temperature has been reached with an approximate +/-5°C reject)
  • Cooling tunnel pre-switch-off switch (during the cooling phase, when the temperature inside the tunnel chamber is approx. 80°C the machine stops completely)
  • Switch for manual or automatic cycle
