Spare Parts
Whenever we export machines; we stock with us spare parts for the machines. Export documented & customs cleared spares are couriered through reputed courier companies to the client location.
Training
Triveni gives special importance to the correct operation & maintenanceof their machines. We give training to technicians for operating our machines.
During training; the technician learns proper commissioning, proper operation, preventive maintenance etc. of the machine. Moreover, customer’s technician can pouch pack his company’s product (during training) by using the machine manufactured by ECPPL for his company. Such trained technicians can commission the machines easily at their sites.
Technical Services
If companies are not able to depute their technicians for training at our factory, on request, Triveni can depute our Service Engineers to the client location (against nominal charges) for commissioning of machine as well as to provide “short duration training” to the technician of customer at site. Triveni has several Service Engineers holding valid passports and experience of having travelled to many countries.
